Class Information:
For thousands of years, yogis, mystics, and shamans the world over have engaged in the practice of meditation in their quest to transcend ordinary human suffering.

Living in a period of information overload, we can expect our emotions and minds to be stirred.
In the ancient teaching of Tibetan, they believe that our eternal wind remains unchanged by external conditions which are called “Vajra Wind”.

Vajra can be translated as ‘indestructible’ or ‘diamond-like’, referring to the clear perception and understanding of reality that arises through meditation.

Meditation is a vehicle for experiencing our own infinite reservoir of joy and peace within.

In this class we will:
• explore breathing techniques to slow down our busyness minds.
• chant mantras to balance our subtle energy.
• strengthen our inner Nature or ‘Vajra Wind’.
• harmonize our ’emotional and mental selves’
• cultivate wisdom, compassion, and clear perception.

All levels are welcome!
