During the event, instructor J-Lin will guide you through easy-to-follow dance moves that help improve your cardio, muscular fitness, and flexibility. So put on your festive gear, get your groove on, and celebrate the holidays with new friends!
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: J-Lin is a Nike Master Trainer and the founder of J-Lin Infinity Studio. He has been teaching Zumba since 2009 and also teaches freestyle dance, dancehall, and hip-hop.
