At the end of sharing, we will offer a short meditation session where you can allow yourself to be taken Into the Earth and meet your soul tribe and be reborn again. 🪷

About the Host – Gabriele Seewald
Gabi is a Sacred Nature Connection Practitioner, a certified Miaoding Zen Teacher, Holistic Wellbeing Practitioner, and Facilitator of Dialogue between humans and the more-than-human world, serving as a bridge between humans and nature.
She supports people in connecting with and nurturing the self-healing and self-regenerating power and intelligence within their bodies and souls and works with places, people, organizations, communities, and educational institutions in bringing forth a new literacy, a common language based on common sense, connection and collaboration.
She is the mother of three wonderful human beings and a daughter of Song of Sophia, a living lineage of plant-taught, womb-wise medicine people. Gabi has a deep connection with the place where the temple is and has been called to birth this retreat and co-create with others and with the energies present there.
About the Host – Carol Hsu
Carol is a Wellbeing Engineer dedicated to body-mind connection and relaxation. She uses holistic and mindful practices to channel more happiness and positive energy through meditation, breathwork, yoga, and healing food.
Carol has received her technical engineering training in California. Then she has lived and studied in Nepal, India, and several places across Europe in the last decade. She is currently based in Taiwan, her birth country, sharing a transformative lifestyle that brings more awareness to daily life while fulfilling her desire to create a community.
Carol is a certified yoga and breathwork teacher and a self-inspired vegan & gluten-free cook.
