Judith is back for another Mexican morning. This time she’ll show you how to prepare a traditional Menu del Dia which is a common lunch option in Mexico. The meal will start with Frijoles Charros (bean soup), followed by Tinga de Pollo (Chicken in a smokey-flavored sauce) and Mexican red rice.

This will be washed down with Jamaica a refreshing drink. This is sure to keep your taste buds happy.
