Mid-Week Recharge! Yoga in Taipei
Come and spend an hour on the mat moving, breathing, and relaxing. The class will revolve around basic asanas, so that you can get the most out of finding space within your body and connecting with the breath; so that you can re-center and de-stress/relax to finish the rest of the week.
Suitable for anyone who finds themselves with pains here & there, and would like to relieve them.

Jen received her 200-hour certification in the Astanga lineage in San Francisco’s Greenpath Yoga. She later went to India to explore the country and, you guessed it, do more yoga! Since she arrived in 2008, she’s taught for 8 years at studios all around the city, such Core Yoga, Sivananda, Zuo Yoga, and YogArt. Now, she splits her fitness week between yoga and gym time, where she balances strength and flexibility.
