A free English reading group for young children. – The Center and The Embassy of St Lucia are working together to organize a reading group for young children. Next week on Tuesday, 15 November at 3:45pm and 17 November at 10:00am we are running two trial sessions.

A free English reading group for young children.

The Center and The Embassy of St Lucia are working together to organize a reading group for young children. Next week on Tuesday, 15 November at 3:45pm and 17 November at 10:00 am we are running two trial sessions. We want to see if there is any interest in this kind of group.
A primary school teacher will read a story in English to the children and then they do an activity. It’s aimed at children aged 3-5 years old who want to practice English.

We welcome any suggestions about more suitable times or interests for children of different ages.

It’s free and there’s no need to register. Come along and check it out!

    Now you have a chance to let John bring the story alive by visiting the key places in the battle such as the beach where the French troops landed, the swamp where the French troops finally gave up, a crater where a French shell hit and Mackay’s Clinic where wounded Qing soldiers were treated.
