Jerome and Paul, from JPS&J Designs & Consultants, are delighted to be offering a unique Home Concierge Service to our clients in Taipei. We are a Taiwanese and Australian couple who know the importance of home and whilst we love traveling, we also love returning home after our excursions (short or long).
Concept: Despite the restrictions of COVID, people are still traveling, whether domestically or even internationally, and we at JPS&J fully understand that. Our Home Concierge Service is designed to help you, the traveler (individual, couple, or family) feel better about the safety, security, and cleanliness of your home in Taipei). Do your travel, safe in the knowledge, that JPS&J’s trusted service is attending to your needs.
Services: We provide short and long-term packages (but through mutual agreement, we can further tailor a service package to meet your exact needs).
Packages:
Long Term Package: This would include detailed checks of your home (once every 2 weeks) and include the following services:
• Security
• Mail & Deliveries
• Receipt/Re-direction of Deliveries
• Bill Paying Service
• Garden & Plants
• Collection of dry-cleaning and/or laundry
• The Car
• Emergency repairs
• Airing, Dusting, and Vacuuming
Short Term Package:
We regard short-term as no more than 7 calendar days (but please note our comments on pet care). Let us know how long you will be gone and how often you want us to visit. The following services are included in the Short-Term Package:
• Security
• Mail & Deliveries
• Receipt/Re-direction of Deliveries
• Bill Paying Service
• Garden & Plants
• Collection of dry-cleaning and/or laundry
• The Car
• Emergency repairs
• Pets (In residence cats only and for no more than 3 days or as per mutual agreement)
• Airing, Dusting, and Vacuuming
