Office Information
The space boasts floor to ceiling windows that breathe in daylight, complimented by natural wood finishes and pristine white walls that carry light throughout the space. The communal entry offers a space to greet visiting clients with comfortable designer seating. Just adjacent to the entry is a meeting space, complete with the latest technology such as a 75” 4k QLED television with wireless and wired connection support integrated into the meeting table and a high-quality sound system for presenting your work in the best possible light.
For the working space, each table is surfaced in real, solid wood finishes, with integrated power and cat-6 ports connecting to high-speed 1 gb/s business class internet. Wifi access is also available throughout the space. The space also offers ample shelf storage space for professionals. Each table boasts additional storage beneath the table in the built-in cabinetry. All professionals are also welcome to use the printing and preparation area to work together, with space for additional printers if required. The space also has a small kitchenette available for communal use, complete with a refrigerator and modern water heater and filtering system. The office also comes with a state-of-the-art air exchanger and air conditioning unit to keep air circulation and humidity at an ideal and healthy level.
