I'm selling my big fan heater which I bought off a friend a year ago when as he left Taiwan. Unfortunately, I don't have the instructions or anything about it in English. I can tell you it's powerful and warms up my room pretty quick!
It has an automatic swivel function and settings to blow hot or cold air, with wind intensity settings. (so yes, it's not just for the winter!).
