Candidates for the ESL instructor position should have the following qualifications:
1.) Minimum 6 months of teaching experience specifically in an adult or children's ESL classroom
2.) BA from an accredited university
3.) Native English speaker from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand
4.) TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification preferred
5.) Expertise and instructional experience in English grammar and structure
6.) Energetic personality with the ability to thrive in a multi-cultural environment (Because we offer different language courses: Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, etc.)
7.) Possess the unique ability to motivate, engage and inspire learning.
8.) Be fun, friendly, and enthusiastic about your teaching.
